Dynamic closed-loop optimization of growth environments. Integrates Grafana monitoring with SBC closed-loop control to automatically drive exhaust fans. This IoT integration upgraded "passive monitoring" to "active regulation," achieving zero-intervention smart management.

Smart Water Quality Control System

A PID algorithm-based TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) precision constant control solution. Currently in the PoC stage with 5% TDS accuracy. A cloud database is being built to import neural network algorithms for predictive compensation, aiming to break traditional PID limits and reach within 1% control.

High-Precision Automated Poultry Egg Weighing

Integrates high-sensitivity load cells with customized digital filtering algorithms to suppress mechanical vibration. It features high dynamic response under continuous grading conditions, reducing measurement error to within ±1g.

7-in-1 Agricultural Smart Weather Meter

An SBC-based sensor node that packages environmental data via MQTT. FastAPI is deployed on the cloud to dynamically generate JSON files, achieving seamless data docking with green supply chain partners.

Smart Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR)

Combines SLAM navigation with deep learning detection systems. Integrates SLAM autonomous navigation and AI YOLO visual recognition to create a robot capable of environmental awareness and precise stacking.

Optimization & Maintenance of B-Box System

Executing localized parameter tuning and maintenance for imported international systems (Six IO Technology, HK). Establishing a complete after-sales service chain to ensure stable system operation.
